What services do you offer?

Weekly mowing - includes trimming, edging, blowing off driveways and sidewalks.  Clippings are mulched to be         environmentally friendly. 

Lawn fertilization.  All lawn fertilizations include weed control (pre or post emergent). A full season package includes 5 fertilization treatments throughout the growing season. 

Rock bed weed control. 

Spring and Fall Aeration.

Sprinkler turn-on and Sprinkler blow-out

Lawn and tree pest and disease control


How can I schedule or cancel my service?

What methods of payment do you accept?

Cash, Check, Visa and MasterCard are accepted.  Full season clients may pay in advance (by March 10) to receive a 10% discount by check and 7% discount by credit card.  Automatic monthly payments may be arranged with credit cards, billed on the 5th of each month after the services have been completed.


When can I schedule my appointment?

Weekly mowing is serviced weekdays from 7 am – 5 pm.  Should weather delay our service we will arrive at the next earliest opportunity.

For all one time seasonal services we work Monday – Sunday from 7 am – 5 pm.  We provide a two hour time window - doing our best to arrive at the earliest time possible, but leaving room for unforeseeable delays.


Do you work on weekends and holidays?

We work all weekends and holidays to provide seasonal services (spring and fall aerations, sprinkler turn-on, sprinkler blow-out).  Weekly lawn mowing is serviced on weekdays, on holidays if the regularly scheduled day falls on a holiday, and if necessary will be completed on the weekend due to weather delay.


When does your weekly mowing season run?

We start mowing the last week in April and end the third week in October. 


Can I hire you to mow my lawn just one time or for any fraction of the full season?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept clients on a short term or one time basis. 


When do you start turning sprinklers on?  Do I have to be home?

Usually we start the last week in April.  We work 7 days a week until all of our clients have been served, usually by the last week in May.  Timing is always weather dependent and may vary by geographic local.  If your controller is located inside of your home, then you need to be home to allow us access to it.


When do you start blowing out sprinklers?  Do I have to be home?

Usually we start around October 1.  We work 7 days a week until all of our clients have been served, usually by the last week in October. Timing is always weather dependent and may vary by geographic local.  If your controller is located inside of your home, then you need to be home to allow us access to it.


When do you do spring aerations?  Do I have to be home?

Beginning April 1.  We work 7 days a week until all of our clients have been served, usually by mid May.  You do not need to be home, but please mark all sprinkler heads that are not located within 3” of the perimeter of the lawn so our equipment does not run over and damage them.


When do you do fall aerations?  Do I have to be home?

Beginning October 1.  We work 7 days a week until all of our clients have been served, usually by the last week in October.   You do not need to be home, but please mark all sprinkler heads that are not located within 3” of the perimeter of the lawn so our equipment does not run over and damage them.


If you fertilize my lawn do I have to do anything?

Yes – water your lawn for at least 20 minutes to allow the fertilization treatment to soak into the root zone.


Is your company insured?

Yes, we have liability and workman’s comp insurance.


What if you damage something or I’m not satisfied with your service?

We work to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to be as careful as possible at your home.  If you are unsatisfied or notice any damage, please call the office immediately at 303-255-7372 so we can work to resolve the problem.


I have pets.  What do I need to do or know?

Please clean up all pet waste prior to your regularly scheduled mow day.  If your pets are left outside unsupervised we are not responsible for them but will take all actions necessary to make sure gates are closed upon our exit.  If we are treating your lawn with chemicals we will place a notice on your door alerting you and your pets to stay off the treated area for the time specified.
